
COVID-19 Responses
As many of us stay home and avoid crowds adhering to both CDC and state recommendations/guidelines, it is quite possible that we will all experience a range of feelings that could include anxiety, sadness, isolation, boredom and hopelessness (to name a few). Know that you are not alone in these emotions and that there are outlets for you even while you are “sheltering in place”.

Like many of my colleagues, I have temporarily closed my physical office until we have better control over the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, I am scheduling sessions with current clients completely online. If you are interested in scheduling a session as a new client, please email or call for availability.

ABOUT ME
Life is pain and pain, inevitable. It is normal to feel overwhelmed when life throw you a curve ball. Finding the peace that we so desperately want can feel challenging, if not hopeless. My goal as a professional mental health counselor is to provide a safe and secure environment for us to explore and walk through the journey together.
